The Great Pyramid: Truth in Structural Form

Traditional history tells us that the Great Pyramid was built as a tomb for King Khufu (otherwise called Cheops). Yet, in this enigmatic structure, there are some things that just don’t "add up" to fit the traditional tomb belief. Dissenting groups (called ‘pyramidologists’ and ‘pyramididiots’ by the self-assured establishment who know no better jokes for the day) claim that the Pyramid is something more than a mere tomb. According to them, it contains a basic unit of sacred measurement, astronomical knowledge, scientific constants, mathematics, and even a chronograph depicting prophecy.
One person (of many) who measured and studied the Great Pyramid was a structural Engineer by the name of David Davidson earlier last century. This agnostic set his mind to disprove what all these pyramid theories were about. When he completed his task, his conclusion was that the Pyramid was "truth in structural form" and that it "established the Bible as the inspired work of God". No telling what the enraged establishment thought of such an otherwise prized master of engineering. How could such an intelligent man be moved to such a conclusion? Critics may think that all these mathematical numbers, constants and so-called prophecy contained therein are mathematical coincidences. They are mere flukes of mathematics that are twisted to fit the wishes of these pyramidologists. It is my personal belief however, that if such mathematical "coincidences" were as common in experimental data and analyzed statistically for anything else, the resulting conclusion would be a positive correlation to what was trying to be proven. How can a structure as the Great Pyramid be tailored to encompass so many constants? If, for example, I built my house such that the ratio of its perimeter to its height were to represent the constant PI, and the widths of the windows to the height of the doors represented some other constant, and so forth, eventually something would start to contradict something else. I could not possibly design a house that would encompass as many constants, using the same measurements of objects, as what was found in the Great Pyramid. A Skeptic may ask, "Well then how could they have thought to do that? Maybe the measurements are modified to fit some theory." Nope. Don’t buy that. There are only a limited number of measurements to be made, but many times more constants using the same numbers. Numbers cannot be modified to fit everything. That implies that the Pyramid was not made to express the mathematical nature of the Universe, but that the Universe was created in a manner that could be expressed geometrically as a pyramid! Who is the Creator of the universe? God. Who can inspire somebody to build something to specification to represent that universe? God. "That is crazy." This reply may not only be given by the establishment and skeptics, but Christians as well. That’s the problem with most Christians. They say they believe the Bible but they cannot believe this. Well then, who told Noah to build a big boat to specific measurements? Who told Moses to fashion the Tabernacle according to exact specifications? God told them to be careful to make everything exactly to the specified measurements. If one cannot believe this, then don’t waste time being a Christian. Play golf instead of spending time worshipping God. Too many people want a "spiritual" God that cannot ever have any quantity to his work and methods. The foggier the better, as long as God is kept "out there" somewhere in this vague place called heaven that people ‘hope’ they make it to. Well, this is the place for some bubble busting.
This message is meant to be an overview of some of the amazing mathematics that the Great Pyramid has. First off, there is a basic unit of measure contained therein called the pyramid inch. It is called that because it only differs by the British (and American) inch by about one mil. 25 of these inches makes what Sir Isaac Newton called the "sacred cubit". I bet you didn’t know that Newton was into this esoteric stuff, did you? That’s something the scientific establishment does not want you to know lest it would bust their theoretical and religious idols. The sacred cubit, in turn, is one ten millionth of the polar radius of the earth! This strongly suggests the Earth-based relationship of the English system that frantic people want to abolish. (This also shows a relationship between these societies, but that is another message). Check it out sometime. If this is true, then the ratio of the inch to centimeter is about 8/PI since the "scientific" metric system is supposedly based on the quadrant of the Earth. Problem with the metric system is whose quadrant should we use? Also, the Earth is an oblate sphere, not at all a nice shape to deal with. But there is only one polar radius. It seems that God knew what unit of measure to inspire the builders to use! If God inspired the builder, who was the builder? Nobody knows for sure. One theory is the Biblical character Enoch. If this were true, then the Pyramid would be pre-flood (Enoch was the seventh generation after Adam, and Noah was the tenth.) So where does this pyramid inch come from? There are several places. The most common is a granite "boss" in one of the chambers that measures 5 (pyramid) inches. Another is the circumference of an inscribed circle in the same chamber that is exactly 365.242 pyramid inches (the same exact number as a solar year). This is often called the "Enoch" circle because the Bible says he lived 365 years, and did not die, but was taken away by God (who knows where). In addition, the perimeter of the Great Pyramid (when measured in sacred cubits) is related to the solar, sidereal, and anomalistic years. Where did that exact measure come from? I suppose some crude Egyptian wheel just "happened" to measure this out precisely by coincidence! These are just some of the places the pyramid inch manifests itself as this specific unit.
Now that the pyramid inch was introduced, what does the Bible say? Turn to Isaiah 19:19-20. In that day shall there be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar [literally the Hebrew means ‘monument’] at the border thereof to the Lord. And it shall be for a sign, and for a witness unto the Lord of Hosts in the land of Egypt. The Great Pyramid is also called the Pyramid of Giza. That means ‘border’. The border of what? The border is the line between the desert of Egypt and the fertile Nile-Delta quadrant (of Lower Egypt) North of it. Thus, this structure that seems to be in both the middle of Egypt and yet at the border is satisfied geographically by where the Great Pyramid actually stands being between what was once Upper and Lower Egypt (or the midst of it) and at the border between these two regions. If we take the gematria of this verse, we find another amazing mathematical ‘coincidence’. A gematria is a numerical value or summation of text when numbers are assigned to letters. Hebrew letters have certain numbers associated with them due to the mathematical nature of the language. It is like those ‘code’ games we’d play as kids. "A" equals one. "B" equals two, and so forth. If we take the value of the gematria for Isaiah 19:19-20, we come up with the value 5449. That is the same height of the Great Pyramid in pyramid inches (to the original summit platform)! If this is not a convincing introduction to the possibility of its divine nature, I’m not sure what is. Furthermore, unlike the other pyramids, the Great Pyramid is absent of hieroglyphics except for a cartouche of Khufu and even that is thought to be a forgery added much later. That implies another origin.
There are some other amazing mathematical and scientific features of the Pyramid. The ratio of its perimeter to twice its altitude is equal to PI. This is the same as the ratio of the circumference of a circle to twice its radius. The Great Pyramid is positioned in the exact center of all the landmass in the world. How did the builders know that? The Great Pyramid is aligned more perfectly North than any building. The descending shaft (26 degrees 18’ 10") and some "scored lines" a little way down the shaft were aligned to the pole star Alpha Draconis and the Pleiades respectively in 2141 BC. This was the astronomical datum used to establish the prophetic chronograph. The fact that the pyramid is closely akin to astronomical phenomenon is not seriously disputed any longer. However, there were the days when archeologists scoffed at the idea ancient structures and monuments had astronomical alignments and overtones. The stones used in the Great Pyramid are just as precisely cut and fitted together. The joints are not thicker that a piece of Aluminum foil and the thin layer of cement used for this is equally mysterious as to its composition. Yet, its durability is amazing. The Pyramid was even built with corner sockets (mortises) cut into the stone to allow for expansion and contraction (like ball and socket joints). The Pyramid has a series of descending and ascending passages along with various chambers. These measurements are used to derive the prophetic chronograph. Some other scientific features of the Pyramid when considering its measurements include the distance of the Earth to the sun, the Earth’s mean weight and density, the mean landmass height above sea level (about the same height as the Pyramid), the mean ocean level, the mean temperature of the Earth, and the curvature of the Earth.
If all this is not interesting enough, perhaps the most intriguing property of the Pyramid is the prophetic chronograph. Starting at the astronomically fixed datum of the "scored lines" (previously mentioned), one can assign a pyramid inch to a year and compare the history at various points along the passage ways. Why use an inch to a year? One example is the "Enoch circle" of 365.242 inches. That is to say that the inscribed circle is a related proportion to the radius of the Earth. That is a mathematical fact. Call it coincidence or whatever (and this is not the only place that the Pyramid hints at an inch to a year). But whatever one may believe, the fact is that this circle (which could represent an orbit) has a circumference which is 365.242/250,000,000 of the polar radius of the Earth. For sure, one can make any circle’s circumference come out to 365.242 times some sort of measurement, but it probably would not be a nice even division like the 1/250,000,000 of the polar radius that the inch is. It’s that nice and even division that is interesting.
What dates can be derived from the Pyramid? A diagram showing the internal passageways must be used to see the main points that dates can be ascertained. Using the previously mentioned date of 2141 BC, one can go down the Pyramid’s descending passage way until coming to a fork with an ascending passage and the descending continuing downward. Using the pyramid inch to a year, one comes to the year 1453 BC. That was the date of the Exodus (and dispensation of the Law shortly thereafter), and the ascending passage at that point is blocked by a granite plug, as if to prevent one from gaining access to the ascending passage. The descending passage continues downward, under the influence of the "Dragon Star" Alpha Draconis which symbolizes man’s downward trend under the influence of Satan. The "way up" seems to be blocked for man’s inability to keep that Law. Way down in that descending passage one notices a "well shaft" that meanders upward to the end of the ascending passage just before opening to a "Grand Gallery" where the passage height increases tremendously. This area (the start of the Grand Gallery) and where the well shaft enters occurs at the year 33 AD using that pyramid inch-to-a-year scale. As a matter of fact, the slightly lower floor level of the Queen’s chamber when projected horizontally from the horizontal passage intersects the ascending passage floor just before the 33 AD point. That comes out to the autumn of 2 BC. Needless to say that point represent the birth of Christ, and the Bible does indicate when one looks at the subtleties that the Lord was here for 33 and one half years. He started his formal mission in Judah (the recorded record in the Bible) at 30 years of age (the age that the priests began service) and there is indication that his ministry lasted for 3 and one half years. In end times God will send two witnesses according to revelation who will also testify for 3 and one half years. This makes a total of seven years, the number of spiritual perfection.
This message is meant to serve as an overview and outline only, in hopes to get the reader to read about or research this fascinating topic. Needless to say, there are other dates, and other interesting geometric relations such as the famous "Christ Triangle" formed by the 2 BC/33AD right triangle. This angle, in turn, points straight to Bethlehem when placed on the North face of the Pyramid (and some believe the region of the Red Sea that this line crosses over was the point that the Israelites crossed). In addition, when the Pyramid is related to God’s message in the stars, one can see astronomical relationships as well (see the message about the stars). The cubic volume of the so-called "coffer" in the Pyramid is equal to the volume of the Biblical Ark of the Covenant when measuring in sacred cubits. Lastly, there is the famous missing capstone. This capstone, for some reason being the stone the builders rejected, originally was too large to fit the Pyramid. The perfect base of the Pyramid, as planned, was meant to be 365.242 sacred cubits, but the perimeter is short by 286.1 inches. The error, 286.1 pyramid inches, is all throughout the Pyramid and in itself is a mathematical study of the symbolism that the structure has in it. The number represents shortcomings and imperfection. The Grand Gallery (representing the Gospel Age) opens up in height this same amount. Is all this coincidence? Even with today’s technology we would have a difficult, if not impossible time building such a structure, not to mention all the mathematical "coincidences". Is this structure really Egyptian?
God revealed Himself in the stars, in stone, by the prophets and in these last days he came to us by his own dear Son. Yet, with all the scientific advancement, it is easy to undermine the things of God as nonsense, as blind faith ignorant of technology. Maybe God has the last laugh when such a structure as the Great Pyramid, which nobody claims is shoddy workmanship or built in ignorance, seems to point out to the same truth that the Bible proclaims!
