Ol' Liaf and Morfessa here just want to take the time to greet and thank all our faithful readers out there. We know that we do not do this often, but in all fairness we have grown over the years and want to thank those who visit us, even if you are visiting us out of curiosity.
We want to thank the many people from many of the states that visit us--- greetings to New York, Virginia, California, Colorado, Texas to name some of the many states that visit us. Greetings to Prague Czechoslovakia, to the UK, France, Taiwan, Australia, and yes, even the military in the Pentagon! We are indeed humbled and flattered that you take time to visit us. If we could throw a party, we'd invite you from all over the world to join us! We love you all.
We teach mainly to the nations that are of the house of Israel so that they are aware of their origin and to bring reassurance in these terrible times. (See Isaiah 54:17). The people of the United States and the other nations descended from Israel must be aware of their origins and blessings, but we must turn to God and carry out the responsibility that He gave to us--- as people we are not superior, but responsible to God. However, the Bible also says that any nation who fears the Lord is accepted in His own eyes. The house of Israel is supposed to be the light-bearers to this world so that ALL people may follow in the ways of truth and righteousness, no matter who they are.
So that brings us to a personal topic. In Christ one has better promises--- those of Abraham AND spiritually in Christ. Just because one prays to God does not mean they are His children. God is no respecter of persons as the Bible teaches, but God expects us to relate to Him on His own terms. As Christians, we believe that is thru Jesus Christ. Many people get offended when it is taught that one has to come to God thru Christ. Don't be! If you wanted to relate as friends to either Liaf or Morfessa here, you would ascertain our personalities and adjust to them. If we were too far from what you are able to relate to, then probably there would not be any friendship. After all, we are all willing to be friends, but not at the expense of defining our personalities by the way the friend wants us to be. We are who we are. The same can be said of God.
We often wondered how one can pray to God and yet not be saved. The reason later became apparent. Many people pray to God as "Elohim" Creator God--- not as their Father or Yahweh. Elohim is the generic term for God. Any being in that class is technically elohim. But Yahweh is the covenant-keeping Almighty and eternal God! That's a personal God. When we pray "our Father which art in heaven"... that presupposes we are His sons and as such are children of God. People who pray to "Elohim" perceive themselves as being created. A person who prays as a son to Yahweh is not created, per se, but begotten. Liaf knows how to create (or build) a computer--- that's a created thing and if it could think, would address Liaf as such (a creator). But Liaf's or Morfessa's children are begotten. The children call us "daddy". Get it? And if we may add this-- the children are like us. They are human analogous to elohim, but they are NOT "THE" LIAF or MORFESSA (analogous to Yahweh). Rather, they have their own names and this same idea is why the Christian gets a new name in their eternal state according to the Bible.
We teach here that Adam was supposed to take of that tree of Life and thereby produced spiritual sons of God. Adam was supposed to have been the incarnation of Christ and Eve the Church as she begat more children. Well, due to his fall, we still reproduce all right physically but thru Christ (the second or last Adam) adds the spiritual dimension that Adam was supposed to have provided. We hope that everyone puts their personal faith in Christ as their only means of atonement and new life. You see? It all makes perfectly logical sense and sounds as scientific as any class in genetics. This whole Christian theology when understood in proper context is not silly or to make one feel guilty, but rather to circumvent the "miscarriage" that Adam caused. It all makes sense. As for mainline Christianity, much of it is the tradition of men! We are not saying many people are not saved, but rather that much of this is misunderstood. When we see that we were and are to become as God, being higher than the angels, then that puts into our hearts a new perspective and assurance despite the hard times.
What is the purpose of all life? God wanted many glorified sons (i.e. children) coexisting and creating with Him. That's why mankind and no other animal has this inherent creative ability. The fall ruined all that, but thru the shed blood of Jesus Christ, God made a way back to the Tree of Life. And this whole miserable creation in all its folly, anguish, pain, and decay will again be recreated and renewed by the sons of God on that Glorious Day as Paul clearly taught in Romans 8 about creation----
For the earnest expectation of the creature [creation] waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
So that's the whole point with what we teach here about the nations of Israel and the coming Kingdom of God!
